Chads win T&D Cup

A scoreline of 5-1 might sound a bit one-sided, but this match was nothing like it, with Billet Uplands making the early running. In fact the main difference was some clinical finishing from the Chad's strikers and several good saves from the goalkeeper.

After weathering an early Billet Uplands storm, Chads found their way into the game and looked to probe the Billet Uplands defence. A cool finish taking the ball around the keeper gave Chads the lead. They doubled the margin before half-time from a free-kick which appeared to fool the Billet keeper.

More cool finishing in the second half increased the lead before Billet Uplands were awarded a penalty, which the Chad's keeper saved diving away to his left.

Chads made it 4-0 from a defensive error before Billet pulled back to 4-1. But it was to prove to be just a consolation as Chads restored the four-goal lead, which they never lost.
