Matchday Report Card	Club Application Form		Player Registration Form
This is the form used by each team during match day. Used for player's signatures and referee's marks. Available in PDF format only.	A printable application form for any new teams wishing to apply to the League for season 2005/2006. Available in PDF format only.		A printable version of the Player's Registration form. Used for registering additional players to squad. NOTE: Each page contains TWO forms. Each submitted form should be accompanied by the appropriate fee. Available in PDF format only.

Referee's Report Sheet		Monthly Magazine	Handbook
A copy of the Referee's team marking sheet. Used to enter match details (date, teams, score, etc.) and details of red & yellow cards. Available in PDF and WORD formats (for e-mailing).		A Downloadable version of the League's monthly magazine. Includes the Fixtures, Results and Tables. Available in PDF format only.	A Downloadable version of the League's handbook in A4 size. Available in PDF format only. NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
