Notes: The Old Parkonians Pavilion is situated inside the grounds of the Redbridge Sports Centre, Forest Road, Hainault. The entrance is near Fairlop tube station and Old Parkonians is on the left of the sports complex. There is plenty of parking within the grounds. With about three changing room blocks, clubs can be difficult to find.
