Please note that as a rule, applications usually close by 31 March each season, although there are sometimes exceptions to this rule and a few recognised clubs may be considered and others may go on a 'stand-by' list.

Our league operates in the following areas:

• The London Borough of Havering

• The London Borough of Redbridge

• The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham

• The London Borough of Newham

• The London Borough of Waltham Forest

• Epping Forest District Council

• Thurrock District Council
