PLAYER REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER FORMS

Unless permission is given by members of the management committee, all player registration and transfer forms downloaded from the web site MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE CORRECT FEE. This is currently £1.25 for each single form used. This is clearly stated on the forms. Three forms are included on a single page.

Too many clubs have been sending forms downloaded from the web without enclosing the fee and from now any forms sent without the fee WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and players will not be registered. All sections MUST be included. This includes a name and address, including postcode, Date of birth and declaration. There are TWO signatures required from the player and a counter signature from the club secretary or representative in the spaces supplied.

Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to 'The Essex Sunday Corinthian Football League'. Cash should not be sent through the post, but can be included if the forms are delivered by hand. All forms should be sent to:

The league has a list of all clubs who have sent forms without the fee enclosed. The fees must be paid by the December Council Meeting to avoid a fine being imposed.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

The Essex Sunday Corinthian Football League, will take all reasonable care to keep your personal information secure and prevent any un-authorised access or unlawful use of it. We process all information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.  SHARING YOUR INFORMATION: Your information will be shared with the Football Association and may be retained on a centralised database. By signing this form you agree that you have read and understood the manner in which your personal information is held and may be used. We may send you information from time to time about the League (but only to persons aged over 18).

We may also in accordance with our Data Protection Licence provide your personal information to third parties who may send you information on products or services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to pass on this information, please inform the Registration's Secretary.

By completing a player registration form you hereby consent to be registered in the Essex Sunday Corinthian Football League for the named club and for the season entered. You declare that you are not currently registered for, or have any outstanding financial liabilities to any other club in this League. You are not under contract to play football for any Club. You agree to be bound by the Rules of the League and understand that signing more than one form in the same season for different Clubs, without effecting a transfer is a breach of these Rules and subject to such penalties as defined by the Management Committee of the League.
