WHAT COUNTS - WHEN CAN I USE A WEB REGISTRATION FORM?
There seems to be some confusion about when a web registration form can be used, so here is a guide:
I have run out of forms. Can I use a web form? - YES as long as it is accompanied by the correct fee.
My forms are lost/damaged. Can I use web forms without a fee? - MAYBE. Please contact the registration secretary beforehand.
I signed a player who hasn't shown up. Can I replace him for free using a web form - NO. It's not our fault you signed an unreliable individual. You can use a web form, as long as the fee is enclosed.
Several of my players have left the club. Can I replace them for free using web forms? - NO. Like the example above, it's not our fault. You must pay the fee.
Can I use forms and pay for them at the meeting? - YES . As long as you make prior arrangement so that you are added to a list of clubs owing for forms at the meeting.
A player has filled in a form incorrectly. Can I use a web form for free? - MAYBE. If you accompany the web form with the damaged form it will be accepted. Otherwise the fee must be enclosed.
We may also in accordance with our Data Protection Licence provide your personal information to third parties who may send you information on products or services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to pass on this information, please inform the Registration's Secretary.
