Participation figures show positive increase

Following some analysis of the player registrations figures for August and September, we are pleased to report a positive increase in participation.
The figures show a 6% increase on the number of players registered with the league to the same point last year with 710 registrations processed in the months of August and September.
The increased levels of registration can be partly linked with the move to repeated substitutions and allowing 16 players to participate in each match which continues to show early signs of success.
Ending on a lighter note, spare a thought for poor old Phil. The 710 registrations have incorporated 8,620 key strokes on his keyboard! It's no wonder he has smoke coming out of it!
