We believe we offer a competitive and well-run football league that covers the areas of Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Thurrock, Brentwood, Newham, Waltham Forest and Epping Forest.

We have a number of divisions offering sides of all abilities the chance to take to the field on a Sunday morning, be that just a kick about with a group of friends or more experienced players wanting to test themselves against the best. Additionally, we operate a development division for sides making their first move into adult football from youth leagues.

There is a great network of clubs and referees within our League along with a strong committee of individuals that work tirelessly to support the running of this League in a smooth fashion.
