Essex FA issue further guidance on Football Debt Recovery

We have received further information from Essex FA in support of their previous communication on this matter in July.
To summarise, it is the responsibility of clubs when signing their players to make all reasonable attempts to contact the previous clubs of their players to confirm there is no debt outstanding before signing them for your club.
They have now issued a flowchart to help to explain the process a little further.
