Finalised constitution 2013/14

Following some new additions to the League and from discussions with member clubs regarding their placements, we are now in a position to confirm our final constitution for this season.

The Management Committee will now meet very soon to discuss the format of the cup competitions and your thoughts on the structure of these are very much welcomed.
