First draft of 2020/21 constitution released

With the league's AGM now just over three weeks away, likely to be our first to ever be run remotely, the first draft of our constitution for the new season has been released in order to deal with matters arising before the AGM.
As you will note, this comprises presently of an expanded 7-division structure with large divisions. As we get closer to knowing a start date, we all have to be prepared to adapt and this could become an 8-division structure to align with the number of weeks available for a season. For the time being, this is our present working proposal.
