Fixtures due for release soon

As the 2014/15 season draws ever closer, it is almost time to release the first set of fixtures for September. This is not an easy task given that some clubs still seem to be in summer hibernation and have not yet provided their team or pitch availability dates.

Can I please ask therefore that if you haven't yet told me when your pitch dates that you do so as quickly as possible as, without them, you may be receiving fixtures that you cannot fulfil which we will not be able to change once published. You should have received an email back in July explaining how that can be done.

It should also be noted that no further request to cancel fixtures can now be made for 14th September as we are past the cut off date.

You will received further communication during this week when the fixtures are online this week. It is widely expected that the bulk of league fixtures will begin on 14th September unless there are a number of sides available to open on the 7th September.
