Fixtures over the Christmas period

As reported at the meeting in September, there will only be one weekend without any fixtures in December which is 29th December. There WILL be fixtures planned for the 22nd December and 5th January as I have good pitch availability in all divisions so games will be going ahead and teams are expected to be available unless you tell me otherwise.
If you know that your side will be unavailable on the 22nd December, you must notify me by Friday 22nd November, to meet the 30-day notice requirement but ideally sooner than that! Please do not wait until the meeting in December to tell me as that will be too late.
