Please note that your Pitch Availability Forms which were included as part of your AGM pack are due back with the League by 15th July indicating which pitch you will be using and the dates you have agreed as your home weeks.

We are aware that many council run pitches may not have released dates yet so I would kindly ask as a minimum that you advise which venue you are intending to use for 2013/14 and forward dates as soon as is reasonably possible.
