Portal access details have been sent out

With the season merely a few hours away from beginning, every club has now been issued with access details for the Portal which will be used to submit Result E-Cards as demonstrated at the League meeting last Wednesday.

If you do receive these details, please check your Spam folders. If you are certain that you have not received it, please get in touch with me and I will forward these to you again.

Just a few points to remind you:

• E-cards can only be submitted between 00.00 Monday and 23.59 Wednesday
• They can also be submitted once the match result is showing on the website
• Once it is submitted, it is locked down - any changes must be made by the League
• You should receive an automated email confirming that the E-Card has been submitted
• Only active registrations will appear on the team list - if a player is missing, contact Phil ASAP

Unfortunately I am not perfect and I am sure there will be some 'bugs' encountered and I please ask for these to be reported to me also so that I can resolve them quickly.

I trust that you will find the system easy enough to use in conjunction with the instructions issued at the meeting which have also been uploaded to the website. I firmly believe the positives outweigh the negatives!
