Upcoming deadlines for Corinthian clubs

For our latest news and updates, please enter your email address

With the 2019/2020 football season starting in just a few weeks, we remind clubs of some upcoming deadlines and dates for your diaries.

PITCH AVAILABILITY FORMS

All clubs should now have been given access to the Portal where, from the relevant icon on the Dashboard, you are able to submit the dates that your pitch is available this season in addition to any dates that you would like to request off. This information is crucial in enabling our Fixtures Secretary to compile the opening fixture list so don't delay in returning this information.

Please get in touch with Rob Parker (Fixtures Secretary) if there is some delay in being able to provide this information to him. We cannot formulate the fixtures for the opening weeks of the season without a significant return of pitch dates from clubs so please provide this information promptly when you receive it.

PLAYER REGISTRATIONS

Thank you to those clubs who have already submitted player registration forms. Be reminded that the deadline for having a minimum of 11 player registrations completed with the Registrations Secretary is 1st September. You can of course sign further players after this date but you must have at least 11 completed by the deadline.

Please send any completed registration signature sheets to Phil Pafnouti at philpafnouti@hotmail.co.uk - the details of which are displayed on the bottom of the form itself.

LEAGUE FEES

Thank you to those sides who have already settled their league fees invoices for the season. If you haven't already done so, fees must be paid before commencing fixtures so don't delay in getting your fees to the Treasurer.

The Treasurer will be in attendance at the first Clubs Meeting if you would like to speak with him or make a payment.

FIRST CLUBS MEETING

There is a Clubs Meeting being held on Wednesday 4th September 2019 at Dagenham & Redbridge FC, starting at 7.30pm, which all clubs are required to attend. At this meeting we will hand out any relevant documentation for the season, provide guidance for the season to club secretaries and conduct the cup draws for the Corinthian and Trophyland Cup competitions too.
