If you are reading this post then you will now be using the first stage of the new website. Further to my post last week in regards to the progress of the design, we are now in a position to launch stage 1 with the content for the other sections already being populated.
It is very different in design to the old website and now uses the colours which are established on the League crest as the foundation for the colour scheme which has been used.
From the homepage, you will immediately note that social media and the reporting of news articles and recent results play a prominent part of the design of that page. We felt that these were the core reasons for people visiting our site, supported by the visitor statistics from last season and therefore we wanted instant access to that information.
At present, only the news function has been activated to keep up abreast of developments for the League over the coming weeks in the lead up to the release of fixtures at the end of this month.
