It was mixed fortunes in the double header between Total Football and JK Silvertown with each team taking a win each. Total were 2-0 winners first up in game one before JK reversed their fortunes to secure a 4-1 win in the return game.

It was 3-0 second time around with Lee Harris scoring two and Tylla Addai one.

The chase for promotion goes on with Woodford Town Reserves sharing the spoils in a double header with third placed Colebrook Royals Reserves.
